Loneliness is when there's no one to share good news with or to find a shoulder to cry on.

I realize my friends are too busy to be anything to do with me. I hate loneliness, it makes me cranky and when I feel like that. I actually hate my very existence and everything that i am. I dont want to hurt my parents by killing myself but believe that in a way would be doing them a favor.

people who call me only when they need something from me. people who when i call them up just to talk and ask if we could hang out make it seem that it would be inconvenient for them to hang-out. it's like i'll the least person they want to hang out. it's like you have people around you but you know that you're still lonely coz you can't talk...you can't say anything. even with my family, they don't want to hear that my work is hard... its like i have no right to complain of being tired. no one wants to listen but when it's their turn, like i need to listen to them and help them. it's tiring. is it me? why am i surrounded by people who don't really care.

Halloween Horror Night @ USS

had a really awesome night with my mates :)

all the screaming, jumping, sweating, laughing and tearing it left a deep impact in me. especially the Pestilence maze and the Battlestar Galactica:human which we queue for 80mins just to scared ourselves with the high speed ride, nearly die of heart attack. screaming at the top of ur lungs from the start of the game to the end is really tiring, thank god i had survive. lol sadly, I didnt go to the Peranakan matriarch because I got no balls and I heard from mel that its really really scary so I decided to back out just in case I cry or pee in my pants. haax. we tooked millions of photos but only the nice one are uploaded. heh

damn.. I feel so emotionally unstable now, after been insulted twice in class. sitting here feeling a little sore, a little gloomy and doing some research on office threats newspaper articles.. I'm starting to get kind of sick on thursday morning lesson, lesson starts at 9am and end an hour earlier or slightly later its so dumb, his lesson suppose to be like 9am-12am and what on earth am I gonna do within this 2hours.. Anorexic French Model Isabelle Caro dies at 28

Isabelle Caro, a French actress and model featured in an anti-anorexia advertising campaign, has died at an early age of 28 after a life-long struggle against anorexia. Caro campaigned against anorexia nervosa by posing nude for an advertising campaign while suffering from the horrific eating disorder. The 59-pound French model and actress became a symbol of the fight against anorexia in 2007 when she was photographed naked for an Italian ad campaign.

Her skeletal images, taken by Italian photographer Oliviero Toscani, were plastered on Italian billboards in an effort to raise public awareness for anorexia, a psychiatric diagnosis that describes an eating disorder characterized by low body weight and an obsessive fear of gaining weight due to a distorted self image.

Although it was difficult for Caro to bare all for the ad campaign, but she agreed to pose nude to show the world how the horrific disease had ravaged the once-beautiful woman.

She was featured in startling Italian billboard ad campaign in 2007 that showed her naked, vertebrae and facial bones with the words "No Anorexia" across the top of her image.

I was astonished when I saw this article at yahoo news. At the same time it was kind of sad, as she was struggling against anorexia when she was 13 such a young age, and finally lost her battle last month. RIP Isabelle. And here I'm having problem with obesity, we are like in a totally different world. To see her dry skin, fallen boobs and a open wound tail bone. I cannot believe anyone would want to look like that. erm... no one would also want to look like me, with extra fats popping out from no where, big tummy and etc etc. But hey..!! so far I hasn't heard any news on obesity people die.

people crave for perfection, but the truth no one is prefect in life. they each have their own flaws and imperfection, it totally depends on how you see it and accept yourself. like how people always tell you ' Love yourself ' and all the long grannie story. Like for me I cant overcome presentation, I afraid on how people judge me and all the shit stuffs but I believe one day I can overcome the fear and the darkness living in me. lol
